Damzel

Science-backed
decision making.

We give your gut feeling the evidence it deserves. Damzel bridges the gap between psychological research and operational action.

Damzel's vision

Psychology.
Decoded for business.

Great psychological research is everywhere, yet its power is often lost in academic jargon and dense papers. We built Damzel to bridge that gap.

As clinically trained psychologists, we understand that business performance is ultimately human performance. Strategy, leadership, and communication only work when they actually resonate with people. We take the science of the mind and turn it into a tool for growth.

At the core of our work is the Damzel Evidence Standard (DES): a framework we have carefully developed to identify, weigh, and translate psychological research into clear strategic value. Rather than overwhelming clients with information, DES helps us surface what is most credible, most relevant, and most actionable.

Our vision is to make science usable where real decisions are made.

We help organizations strengthen intuition with evidence, clarity, and confidence. By translating dense research into strategic action, we make psychology a core part of the infrastructure behind modern business.

The process

From your question to a report you can act on.

  1. 01

    You reach out

Tell us a little about your idea, product, or pitch. Nothing formal — just enough for us to understand what you want to strengthen.

  2. 02

    We get in touch

We'll schedule a meeting to clarify your idea, your goals, and the psychological depth you're looking for.

  3. 03

    We design the report

Based on your needs, we decide on the right level of research and analysis. We then create a first draft with key insights and recommendations.

  4. 04

    You give feedback

You'll receive a preview of the report to share your thoughts or additional input. This step ensures the final version truly reflects your product and message.

  5. 05

    We sharpen the perspective

You receive your tailored, research-backed report, ready to use in your pitch, presentation, or internal strategy.

TimelineThe timeframe depends on the project's depth and your schedule. Some reports take a week; others evolve over several weeks depending on feedback and research scope.

FAQ

Your questions,
answered.

  • 01What services do you offer?

We offer consulting services that help organizations make better decisions by applying psychology and behavioral science to their real-world challenges.

You can ask us about user behavior, team dynamics, or decision-making. For example: how do you reduce burnout in high-growth teams? How can we use psychological principles to explain why our next idea will attract customers, for our investor pitch?

You send a specific question. We clarify and sharpen it with you. Then we identify the most relevant research. Finally, we deliver a concise report with key insights from studies plus concrete recommendations you can test right away.

  • 02How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. You can reach out with a brief overview of your company, challenge, or idea — or simply start with a question. There's no need to have everything fully defined from the outset. Often, clarity emerges through conversation.

From the initial conversation, we assess your needs, define the scope, and outline the most relevant next step.

  • 03What makes you different?

Damzel turns behavioral science into a competitive advantage. We replace 'management fads' with high-integrity data, using our Evidence Standard (DES) to identify the insights that actually drive performance.

We don't deliver academic papers; we provide the scientific certainty and rigorous clarity required to de-risk your strategy and out-pace the market.

  • 04How can I contact you?

You can reach us through our contact form, by email at hello@damzel.net, or via our LinkedIn page. We look over every question with care and aim to respond as soon as possible. If your project feels aligned, we'll suggest an initial conversation to explore the fit.

  • 05What's your pricing model?

Our pricing is tailored to the scope, complexity, and strategic value of each project. We offer both fixed-fee engagements and custom proposals depending on your needs. If you have a specific brief in mind, we're happy to discuss the most suitable structure.

  • 06What's it like to work with you?

We value collaboration, creativity, and a good sense of humor — because we believe the best ideas grow in teams that enjoy the process as much as the outcome.

We are genuinely curious people and bring a strong interest in both you and your company, taking the time to understand your context before giving any advice. We guarantee a transparent way of working: you will always have clear insight into our reasoning, our use of research, and how we arrive at our recommendations.

Most of our communication happens digitally, which makes us easy to reach and flexible to work with — whether you are a small startup team or spread across different locations.

  • 07What is your Evidence Standard (DES) in simple terms?

The Damzel Evidence Standard (DES) is our rigorous quality-control framework for behavioral science. Instead of treating all data as equal, we prioritize high-integrity research over weak correlations.

By filtering out unreliable trends, DES ensures that every insight we deliver is a stable foundation for strategic growth and risk minimization.
